WHO ARE WE?
Artheal foundation is a youth-focused, non-profit and christian organisation registered as a private company limited by guarantee. Our core mandate is to create spaces where youth are free to express themselves in a way that doesn’t require emotional labour. Our approach is holistic in that we strive to provide support that looks at the wellbeing of the whole person; physical, emotional, social and spiritual.

WHAT WE DO
We know that it’s hard to have hard conversations so we’ve created a voice for you through art
We know that therapy is costly and sometimes inaccessible so we create a link between you and professional therapists/counsellors
We know that it’s hard doing life alone so we create a community around you
We know that it’s sometimes difficult to understand what you’re feeling so we create materials and resources to help you better understand your emotions and cope positively.
We know that our efforts are limited so we create opportunities for you to experience God.
HOW WE DO IT
Events
We bring people together through life-changing live experiences. We host well targeted events throughout the year; both mega and intimate. Check out our events page for scheduled events.
Media
We have virtual safe spaces too! We engage through Social media, Blog, TV & Radio Interviews et al.
Outreach
#ArthealOntheGo is our outreach arm. Our vision is to create safe spaces amongst University students across the country and beyond.
Trainings
We facilitate training for youth leaders in different spheres in a bid to create enabling and supportive environments for the youth that they influence.
